10 Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance
More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It’s estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed.
It is also estimated that as much as 15% of the US population is gluten intolerant. Could you be one of them?
If you have any of the following symptoms it could be a sign that you have gluten intolerance:

3. Diagnosis of an autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Psoriasis, Scleroderma or Multiple sclerosis.
4. Neurologic symptoms such as dizziness or feeling of being off balance.
5. Hormone imbalances such as PMS, PCOS or unexplained infertility.
6. Migraine headaches.

Adding a gelatin supplement to an exercise program might be a way to prevent or repair injuries to ligaments.
To test the idea, researchers enrolled eight health young men in a trial of a gelatin supplement enhanced with vitamin C. The volunteers drank the supplement and had blood taken, and after one hour performed a short (five-minute) bout of high-impact exercise (skipping).
Researchers from the University of California, Davis, and at the Australian Institute of Sport tested the blood for amino acids that could build up the collagen protein that composes tendons, ligaments, and bones. They also tested blood samples for their effect on lab-grown ligaments that stand in for the real thing.
The gelatin supplement increased blood levels of amino acids and markers linked to collagen synthesis, and improved the mechanics of the engineered lab-grown ligaments, they found.
“These data suggest that adding gelatin and vitamin C to an intermittent exercise program could play a beneficial role in injury prevention and tissue repair,” the researchers write in a paper published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Посмотрел ссылки, я бы не доверял тем выводам которые он сделал. Например про когнитивные способности. Приведу известную мне информацию, извиняюсь, что без ссылок. У девушек, больше чем у юношей объем кратковременной памяти (девушки при этом признаются в заинтересованности в эксперименте), но хуже решают задачи на мысленные вращение. При этом доза тестостерона (под язык) позволяет женщинам лучше решать пространственные задачи.
Мозг женщины меняется скорее не под действием окситоцина, а эстрогенов. По окситоцину М и Ж скорее всего равны. Окситоцин в большей мере позволяет формировать некоторые паттерны поведения, но не действует постоянно. В то время как эстрогены за время беременности вырабатываются в большом количестве. Большой выброс окситоцина происходит только во время самих родов.
